Personnel Coordinator- Forus

COSL Drilling Europe, a safe and efficient drilling contractor dedicated to delivering on the energy transition with its cutting-edge, low-emission drilling rigs, is currently seeking a skilled and motivated HR Advisor to join our team.

Are you a service-minded Personnel Coordinator with a sense of responsibility?

COSL is seeking an independent Personnel Coordinator to join our offshore rig team. In this role, you will be a crucial link between onshore and offshore operations, responsible for coordinating all personnel deployment to the rig and providing personnel support and follow-up for offshore staff. You will represent the company for our 159 rotating employees, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly.


We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has an overall perspective with a sharp eye for detail, and enjoys making quick decisions to find effective solutions. Relevant experience from similar positions or operational work within the HR Administration-field will be beneficial for this role, but most importantly, you should be ready to take on responsibility and motivated to make a difference.



Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Register new employees and follow up all data in personnel system, OCS.
• Contact person for personnel belonging to R-pool
• Perform working hours calculations half yearly and yearly per March 1st for all crew members in R-pool
•Inform HR Advisor about status of utilization of R-pool, keep R-pool updated at all times regarding availability for personnel.
• Assist in establishing employment contracts follow up training, administer personnel matters, temporary leave etc. after instructions from HR Manager or HR Advisor.
• Keep record on posting of invoices related to personnel/training in R-pool, travel expenses
and sick leave in corporation with payroll and accounting department.
• Assist HR Manager and HR Advisors in budgeting and regular reporting with regards to personnel and training.
• Participate in other personnel related matters, as advised by HR Manager / HR Advisor.
• Stand-in for HR Advisors in holidays, leaves etc
• Participate in COSL Personnel duty arrangements during week-ends and holiday, every 5th week approx.

 

Qualifications/ Requirements:     

  • Preferably bachelor or higher levels of HR Management or economics. Relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education.
  • Preferably experience from the industry.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
